However we do not guarantee that these aspects are accurate and a 100% reliable, given that your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products
We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on products and/or services you buy from us. However, the prices mentioned on the Site are not subject to comparison with the same or similar products available through any online or offline sale. The pricing is subject to our pricing policy and the prices shall be determined only at our sole discretion.
Any dates provided for the making or delivery of the products are estimated and not guaranteed.
The delivery charges may vary on the number of products ordered with respect to the dimensions of the package. Delivery charges may also vary according to the location and postal code of the shipping address.
The tracking details regarding the order will be sent via email.
We will not be responsible for providing any updates regarding the status of the package once the tracking details have been sent.
We will also not be responsible, for any orders that are recorded as delivered or completed on the system and have not been received by the customer.
You warrant to us that all the information which you are required to provide while placing your order is accurate and complete in all aspects and that this information relates to you, the person placing the order
and for gifting purposes, the person concerned, and not any third party.
IT IS MANDATORY TO PROVIDE A VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THE CUSTOMER UNBOXING THE PACKAGE IN CASES OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
THE VIDEO FOOTAGE MUST BE CONTINUOUS WITHOUT ANY CUTS OR EDITS
Exchange will only be applicable if the above requirements are met.
We do not offer return and exchange unless,
– A wrong order has been sent to you.
– The order has been damaged during transit.
We will send replacements for any products that may be damaged during transit.
(Applicable only with a continuous unboxing video without any cuts or editing)
Exchange or replacement of products may be possible, provided stock being available. In cases of unavailability the amount will be refunded.
Once a product is accepted for exchange
(Considering all the points mentioned above) Refund will be initiated within 5-7 days.
No orders can be cancelled after the payment has been made.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole judgement appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributers.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall also include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to the customer within 5-7 days.
Embellished has proprietary rights and trade secrets in the products. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute any products manufactured by Embellished.
Embellished has complete rights to specific layouts of this webpage, including calls to action, text placements, images and other information.

Apart from the Embellished team, this information is only shared with our associated courier partner that will be delivering your ordered items. Please be assured that Embellished does not store your credit/debit card or online bank account information.
This also further states that Embellished only stores information that is uploaded by you during the registration process, along with shared comments, conversations and interactions with other members on the website. No information such as credit / debit card details or online bank account information, etc., is stored in our database. These details are directly entered by you into the bank payment gateways, which are 100 percent secure. We do not handle this sensitive data or store it.

Our jewellery does not claim to be tarnish free however, by following the above pointers your jewellery will last long without losing it’s charm!
Most products will be restocked anywhere between 10-20 days. However, as these are handcrafted, large quantities cannot be made available at the same time and as we offer customisation, they also cannot be pre made.
Certain restocks aren’t assured. Although, new pieces are guaranteed to launch frequently.
Yes, we do provide international shipping for orders above 5000 INR (excluding shipping)
